Send a note to [email protected] and include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

What to include

To speed up troubleshooting, include your macOS version, the Pic-Time Assist app version, the project name that is affected, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

  • Screenshots of any error messages
  • Whether Pic-Time Uploader was installed and running
  • A sample folder name if the problem involves watch-folder detection
  • Whether the issue affects one project or every project
