These terms govern access to the Pic-Time Assist desktop app, related updates, and any connected services made available with the product.

Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pic-Time Assist for your internal business or personal photography workflow.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law clearly allows it.
- Do not use the service in a way that interferes with the product, our systems, or other users.
- Do not use the service to violate the rights or privacy of your clients.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.
Third-party services
Pic-Time Assist depends on third-party services and software, including Pic-Time and Pic-Time Uploader. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or feature changes introduced by those third parties.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Termination and updates
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
